OBSESSIONS

As the Director of Client Services, Heather’s obsessions are client satisfaction and happiness, profitability, and supporting and pushing her team to be the best versions of themselves. She believes that a hunger for learning and growing in combination with establishing efficiencies within our own processes directly impacts our individual and team happiness as well as our client relationships. Heather’s background is in project management, so passion for details, good communication, and exceeding client expectations have always been a top priority for her. Outside of Mojo, Heather is a head volleyball coach of a high school program and an elite 14’s club team. She enjoys the all-inclusive resort life in her down time, as well as going to the Rocky Mountains.
