As the year is winding down, everyone here at Mojo in Indy is working frantically to launch websites and onboard new marketing clients before the holidays hit. Just for fun, I sent this list of questions around to our team. Just by reading their answers, you can get a sense of my co-workers personalities.

You'll also get some great recommendations for books to give, fave documentaries and movies to watch during these days off, and our favorite products/services under $100.

If you're a fan of the Tim Ferriss podcast like we are, you may recognize these questions from his rapid fire round that he always has with his guests.

Enjoy & Happy Holidays, from Mojo!

1. When you think of the word successful, who is the first person that comes to mind and why?

Most professional athletes. The time, dedication, discipline, focus and determination that they have to have to be great at their sport is mind blowing! Each athlete at that level has to have purpose in EVERYTHING they do from what they eat to how long they sleep to what they study and the list goes on. There is a reason why the percentage of professional athletes is small. :-)

2. What is the book that you give most?

It depends on who I am giving the books to. If it is for a child, Dr. Seuss is my go to! First grade through junior high, Harry Potter for sure or Magic Tree House. Above that, I like to give gift cards to book stores, you can just never truly predict what will engage a reader.

3. What is something that you believe that other people think is insane?

I don't have a ton of crazy, far-fetched beliefs. However, I am Mormon ;-)

4. What are some common misconceptions about you?

That I am a lot younger than people think. I get looks all the time for walking around with three kids. Then people find out I am 30 and it's like..."oh, it's okay then." When I was 24 with my first child....I was definitely "teen mom" in the eyes of most! #stopjudging

5. What is your favorite documentary?

Jiro Dreams of Sushi! This guy is AMAZING and has a wait list over 3 months long for his Sushi restaurant in Japan. You don't get to pick your sushi as Jiro makes whatever he found fresh at the market that day. You can only drink water to not mess with the flavor of the meal. He rules the Sushi world. Not to mention, Jiro is my second son's middle name!

6. The most useful product or service you've bought in 2015, under $100.

My running pack/belt. It stores all of my snacks for me on those long runs, because I need to eat around mile 9 without fail!

Amy Metherell
Executive Assistant

1. When you think of the word successful, who is the first person that comes to mind and why?

My husband. He grew up in York, PA with a future of working in a factory carved out for him from a very early age. He's worked hard throughout the years to work his way up to management in his company. He sets a great example of work ethic and beating the odds for our kids.

2. What is the book that you give most?

Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. It changed my life and I will gladly purchase one to give away to anyone who could use it.

3. What is something that you believe that other people think is insane?

Karma. My 12-year-old son thinks I'm nuts.

4. What are some common misconceptions about you?

When people meet me in person before meeting via phone/email first, they usually don't take me seriously because I look so young. When people find out I'm closing in on 40, they don't believe me. Also, I've been painfully shy my entire life, so people usually think that I'm snobby or a b****. I'm neither of those things!

5. What is your favorite documentary?

Food Inc.

6. The most useful product or service you've bought in 2015, under $100.

Total Money Makeover book and Dave Ramsey's podcast. I listen to his podcast daily. I was never taught about money growing up so I have screwed up a lot. I'm now learning everything I need to know and teaching my children in the process.

An iPhone case for my wife that hold IDs and debit cards in it. She's always forgetting where she put her wallet. Now all she needs to keep track of is her phone.

My Dad. He built a stellar career for himself all while never losing sight of what was most important to him and my mom.

eMeals. Cooking, grocery shopping and meal planning are certainly not my forte, but this service has helped our family with grocery budgeting and finding healthier recipes.
